Celebrate International Underground Railroad Month with a photographic journey of the Harriet Tubman Underground Byway. Held at the Delaware City Library, this exhibit features the work of award winning Delaware City photographer Lynn Dilliplane. Meet the photographer AND “shake hands” with some excellent books on the Underground Railroad!
The exhibit is co-sponsored by the Underground Railroad Coalition of Delaware.
