Enslavement & the Underground Railroad in Delaware: Stories from Below the Canal

The Underground Railroad Coalition of Delaware will present an exciting program of current projects, including a new video, The Tilly Escape, about the most daring rescue mission of Harriet Tubman (Seaford), and the search for the African Burial Ground at the John Dickinson Plantation (Dover).
